Premier Acupuncture of Boulder: Rates

This clinic complies with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Colorado Department of Health, including the proper cleaning and sterilization of needles and the sanitation of acupuncture offices.  Only single-use, disposable, factory-sterilized needles are utilized in this practice.

Acupuncture Fee Schedule (for payment at time of service)
We accept: cash, check, MC or Visa, Discover, Visa Health Flex Accounts & HSA's

Initial Intake, Consultation, and Treatment         $85   -   1 1/2 hours
Follow-up Treatment                                            $65   -    1 hour
 

Insurance: I am a Preferred Provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem in Colorado (link to BCBS site)

                   I also accept United Health Care & Cigna Insurance

                  I will need to verify your unique policy, coverage & status ~ please call to start 

Gift certificates: can be purchased for your loved ones, in any amount, supporting them with a "Gift of Health". This Gift Certificate can be used towards ANY acupuncture treatment or Chinese herbal formulas.

Packages: acupuncture packages CAN be shared with family members or loved ones

buy 5 private, 1 hour acupuncture treatments & receive 6th free - savings of $65
buy 10, 1 hour acupuncture treatments & receive 2 free - savings of $130

All prices are base prices - if herbs are needed that price will be added to the above price

Payment is required at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements are made in advance.  Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24-hour advanced notice, and appointments missed without notice, will be charged 50% of the fee for that missed appointment. All returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
