It’s back to school time in Boulder & everywhere again. For most people this coincides with the coming of Fall & the beginning of a new level of learning & activity for the whole family.

The Bolder Boulder is right around the corner. As I look around Boulder with the beautiful early Spring weather we are having, I see the roads & jogging trails beginning to fill up & training beginning to ramp up.

It is just mid-March, but seasonal allergies are beginning to affect people in Boulder & the Front Range in Colorado already...but don’t despair. There are many things that Acupuncture & Chinese herbs can do naturally to ease seasonal allergy symptoms.

Now that the 1st week of 2011 has passed, how do you feel? So many of us take the opportunity of the new year to make resolutions for positive change in our lives, which is wonderful.

 

This quote was hammered into me during my Graduate Acupuncture education. It was typically used to describe physical pain & stagnation, but I’ve come to accept that it is true for almost all areas of life. Let me try to explain.
