This season I had the pleasure of providing Sports Recovery Acupuncture treatments after the rehearsal triathlon races for CWW (Colorado Wild Women) & Yoli’s Training Team. It was a wonderful time spent with incredible women from Denver & Boulder who’s goals spanned from learning to swim in open water, to competing in a Sprint Triathlon & even up to a Half Ironman.

It was amazing to see how effective this Acupuncture protocol was to assist in recovery, decrease muscle soreness, increase energy levels, & overall allowed them to get them back into the game in a fraction of the time.

I highly encourage you to look into Acupuncture treatments to help enhance your sports performance, recover from injuries, & to speed up both the quality & speed of your recovery. It is a dynamic, natural resource available right here in Boulder.

This simple procedure brought incredible results for these athletes & they were generous enough to share their feedback with me. The following is actual feedback quoted from them (with their permission).

“WOW! It worked really well for me. I was able to go for a long walk the next day, and the day after I went for a run. Something that I would definitely consider after my next race for a quicker recovery. Thanks again for introducing me to the world of acupuncture.”      Best, N.D.

“This was my first acupuncture experience and I have to say, I am a fan. This was my third sprint tri - 3 weeks in a row - and my recovery was amazing. I went to the gym the next morning and did my strength weight training followed by an easy run in the evening. I am moving this fall to Broomfield and will be doing more events in Boulder - so I will definitely seek you out for more treatments!”     A.W.

“The treatment on Sunday was my third post race session and the results have been consistent. I felt great -- no muscle ache at all and just a little fatigue (which would be normal any day I get up at 4:30 am!). I thought it remarkable since I had done a Sprint triathlon on Friday and a long swim on Saturday. I felt so good on Monday I headed down to the the pond for a long swim and felt good. I am a convert and so happy I tried acupuncture. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to try it -- and feel so good after a strenuous workout.”      A.T.

“I am so appreciative of the acupuncture treatment you gave me on Sunday. I am the young- ish coach who talked to you about my knee injury from collegiate running, and you provided me with LOTS of awesome info about acupuncture. Following the treatment, I did not necessarily notice any difference in my energy levels or my post-workout recovery. However, in my bike and run workouts since then, my knee has felt better than it has in years! I could not be happier! What an awesome surprise. I will certainly keep you in mind when/if my knee continues to nag me. You obviously do some incredible work!”           Thank you Thank you Thank you! J.F.
